Payment and delivery terms for participating in dive courses or dive trips:

Confirmation and cancellation:

• Your participation in this course can not be confirmed before we receive your payment and you have received an order confirmation from us.
• By enrollment for a course you must as a minimum pay a deposit equivalent to 50% of course fee.
• Within 3 weeks before the course starts, we must received the remaining payment.
• When enrolling later than 14 days before the course begins, you must paid the full amount for the course.
• If you cancel the latest 3 weeks before course start, we refund the deposit amount after deduction of education material.
• If cancellation happens less than 3 weeks before the start of the course we will refunded 50% of course fee after deduction of education materials.
• For cancellation within 2 weeks before the course begins, no refund.

If the reason for cancellation due to illness, you must prove it with medical certificate and then there will be opportunity to participate at the next course, or you can get all his deposit refunded.

Within 14 days before the course begins:

• Should we have received your full payment for the course.
• Should you have tested your equipment in our shop.

Within 3 days before the course:

• You must have completed on-line course.
  Applies only to OWD.
• Should we have received your knowledge test..

Is the above formalities are not met, Alpha Diving can without further notice postponing your participation, without which may be required repayment or refusition for the course.

Educational materials:

• Online materials can not be returned after ordering.
